These curtains differ from the usual ones primarily in the special structure of the canvas, in which translucent stripes are replaced by opaque ones. Two sheets of fabric during movement completely block the light flux, or, overlapping each other, form gaps for light.

Such a curtain can be used in the "day-night" mode, or, if desired, fully lifted up.

Note that due to the thinner structure of the translucent strips of the fabric of these curtains, their operation should be treated more carefully, since otherwise the fabric can be damaged. No holes in such a fabric are sewn up, because the seams will prevent the fabric from wrapping perfectly on the shaft; when lifting, the curtain will skew.
